At Clayrton’s, CSR has been the centre of our strategy since 2007, leading to more innovation in the developing process. Clayrton’s uses sustainable and ‘green’ products such as water-based inks without any toxic ingredients and PEFC-
certified paper. They also train their designers in eco-conception: an approach in which the material and its manufacturing process, the transportation, the production, wrapping and the ability for second use or to recycle all are considered when designing new products. In addition to our planet, Clayrton’s feels responsible for the people that manufacture their products too. For those people’s safety and for an appropriate reward for their labour. Clayrton’s is very well aware of the legal and moral obligations they have towards everyone in the supply chain workforce and makes sure they are working on their own free will and are of the appropriate age by having third-party audits regularly.
