Packaging Competition for Apprentice Florists

Created in 2012, the packaging competition of Clayrton’s Academy brings together creative apprentice florists !

THE CLAYRTON'S ACADEMY PROCESS .

Registration and selection of trends

The company first collects registrations from candidates (schools, independent candidates…).

Clayrton’s then sends a participation letter that includes the 3 pre-selection themes, along with the corresponding packaging.

In a second step, Clayrton’s takes care of sending the chosen packaging based on the selected trends (one trend per participant). *Packaging provided free of charge.

Preselections

Creation of floral arrangements:

Once they have received their packaging, students must create a floral arrangement and package it with Clayrton’s packaging.

Submission of arrangements and voting:

The creations must be photographed on a white background and submitted by completing the application form. Then, the photos are uploaded to our website.

A vote is then conducted, with 50% of the score given by a professional jury and 50% by the public on social media.

The final

he 12 selected finalists then compete in the grand finale, which takes place over half a day**. They must complete a 2.5-hour challenge, with themes revealed on the day of the event.

The awards ceremony takes place after the final vote from the jury.

**Clayrton’s covers the travel expenses for the finalists, up to €200.
