Within Clayrton’s, we are also concerned about the well-being of our employees. That’s why we conducted a survey in 2018, to which 83% of our employees responded.
In summary of the survey, Clayrton’s is a company where employees trust their management, feel proud of what they do, and appreciate the people they work with. They are invited to express themselves and contribute personally to their company. We were also able to identify areas for improvement, which were taken into account through an action plan.
I really appreciate working with the different teams. We are all here to move the company forward in the same direction. My work is always done with respect for people and in a good mood.
WE CAMPAIGN FOR THE RIGHT TO WORK
Since 2013, we have maintained a close collaboration with local professional integration organizations such as “Second Chance School,” “APF France Handicap,” and detention centers. This allows us to energize local employment and, above all, to support people from all backgrounds in gaining skills and experience in order to obtain a job.
I joined Clayrton’s thanks to the Second Chance School, and I have been working there for several years now. I am proud to be part of this great team.

To ensure the safety of our employees, we have conducted ergonomics studies on each workstation and taken necessary measures to limit musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).
Security is essential in a company. We continuously train our teams to minimize the risks of accidents.
